My experience with e-learning has been both positive and challenging. One advantage is flexibility because I can study anytime and access materials easily through platforms like Zoom. One disadvantage is the lack of direct interaction which sometimes makes communication less engaging. Some students see flexibility as an advantage, while others see it as a disadvantage because online learning requires strong self discipline and motivation.​
